Teknos Medical Instruments, Inc. (NYSE:TME) announced today that it has opened a new facility in Seattle to develop innovative medical instrument solutions for the global medical and medical device industries.
Teknais medical instruments is the leading maker of medical instruments for the U.S. market, with sales valued at more than $1.9 billion in 2015.
The new Teknanis facility will be based in Seattle and will employ more than 200 people.
In addition to developing cutting edge medical instruments from the company’s own proprietary platform, Teknymedics is also focused on developing innovative products for hospitals and health systems.
Teksniis medical devices solutions will be used by the healthcare industry, hospitals, and other organizations around the world, as well as by the United States government.
