Medical instruments are an important part of modern life and they’re also important for medical research.
We all know that a great medical instrument is one that’s easy to work with, easy to store, and easy to use.
But how do you build a working medical instrument in a day?
In this article, we’ll show you how to make a medical device stand in just over an hour using the most basic tools you can find.

Pick the materials and tools You need to build your medical instrument The materials you need to create your medical device must be a solid material.
It has to be sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of everyday use.
In this case, that means a high-quality hardwood flooring.
It also has to have the ability to withstand extreme weather.
A sturdy medical instrument must have a strong connection to its owner’s body, but also be strong enough to support its weight.
For example, if you want to make an electric chair, you need something that can withstand the strain of moving a human being around.
You’ll need a sturdy platform to attach the device to, a stand to support it, and a handle to support the weight.
Measure the dimensions You need a ruler, a ruler and a tape measure to measure the distance from the base of the device down to the tip of the end.
You can also use a tape, pencil or ruler to make these measurements.
Make sure you know how to cut the tape and measure the ruler you’re using.
Measure out the materials To start, you’ll need to cut a piece of hardwood that’s at least 3 feet in length.
(In this example, that’s an oak table.
If you want something that’s shorter, use a piece made of a different wood.)
Measure out a piece 3 feet long by 3 feet wide.
(You can use a ruler to cut this length of piece, too.)
Cut the hardwood out.
Make a ruler out of the hard wood and measure from the tip to the base.
The base of your medical object should have a thickness of 3/8 inch.
(3/8 inches is the thickness of a quarter.)
If you’re making a medical instruments stand, you might also want to measure from a section of the base to the top of the stand.
For this example’s medical instrument base, that section is a 3/4-inch by 3/16-inch piece of oak that has been cut out of wood.
The top of your device should be about 2 feet high.
You want to cut these pieces of wood so that they will be 2 to 3 inches apart, with a 2-inch thick edge around the edges.
The end of your hardwood piece is what you’re going to attach to your device.
For your base, measure out the distance to the end of the piece and mark where the base meets the piece.
Measure this measurement from the end where the top meets the bottom.
For the base, cut out the center of the edge of the wood.
(The edge of your base should be 1 to 2 inches thick.)
Measure the length of the ends of the 2- to 3-inch long pieces of hard wood.
Use a ruler or pencil to make this measurement.
For our example, the length is about 2 1/2 inches.
Cut the tape measure This is the tape that you’ll be using to cut out your measurements.
Measure around the end, along the edge and on both sides.
(This is where the tape ends up on your medical instruments base.)
Measure from the top where the edge meets the end (the center of your stand) to the bottom where the end meets the base (the base of a medical object).
The tape measures from the center, but not the edge, of your standing piece.
For each measurement, mark the length.
If your measurement is 1/4 inch or less, you can cut the ends and use this tape to make the measurement.
If it’s more than 1/16 inch, cut the entire length of tape and mark the ends with a tape marker.
Measure and cut a third of the tape.
You should have two pieces of tape, one to measure around the base and one to mark the lengths of your two pieces.
For my example, I’m using two pieces measuring 3 1/8 to 4 1/3 inches in length and one measuring 4 1 /2 inches in width.
For an example medical instrument that will hold up to 5 pounds, the tape measures 2 inches and 8 millimeters.
The other tape measures 7 millimeters and 14 millimeters across.
Cut out the handle and stand piece Make sure the two pieces you’ve cut are parallel to each other.
Measure from one end of each piece to the other, along both ends.
